The shippers must be able to connect and confirm that the customer is at their specified location with the same phone number on the profile on the scheduled day of shipping.If the customer’s phone number is not reachable, expect a rescheduling for the shipment until Smile Back hears from them.
Customers can arrange to save money on the delivery fee, by picking up their merchandise directly from Smile Back’s store location at 2547 Eglinton Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M6M 1T2.
Before receiving the merchandise, the customer, based on their due diligence of examination, is obligated to sign the delivery slip, indicating that the product is in good condition.
